HUNGAMA is a Switzerland-based Indian party platform. This notice applies to its community and enquiry forms. Updated 21 October 2026.

What we save

Your name, email, city, optional phone number, music preferences, enquiry details, consent and submission time. Party, DJ and collaboration forms save the additional details you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Why we save it

To review and respond to your enquiry. If you join the community or choose the optional updates checkbox, your contact details can also be used for HUNGAMA event announcements. We do not sell your details or share them for unrelated advertising.

Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in the site’s Cloudflare database. When email notifications are enabled, submission details are also sent through Resend to the HUNGAMA team’s Gmail inbox for follow-up. These providers may process data outside Switzerland. We retain enquiry details for follow-up and community details while your consent remains active, and review inactive enquiries for deletion after 12 months. This is a team-managed process.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or withdraw event-update consent. Email dhanush.dcx@gmail.com, or use “Contact the team”, select “Privacy request” and include the email address you used. Withdrawing updates does not affect the handling of an existing enquiry.

Cookies and video

We use no advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Fonts and video assets are served with the site. Hosting and access services may use necessary security or sign-in cookies. The background film is muted and can be paused; reduced-motion preferences are respected.
